-The Team Sport running plan is devised to accomodate the needs of team sport athletes who participate and compete in a wide range of sports.
-This is highlighed by the fact that Athletes have completed this running plan from the following sports – Australian Rules, Soccer, Netball, Hockey, Basketball and Cricket.
-Especially at the sub-elite level, athletes often struggle with training continuity due to ongoing niggles and injuries caused by returning to pre-season training with minimal preceding training and poor aerobic fitness. This running plan provides athletes with a 6-week head start on their respective pre-seasons.

PROGRAM GOALS

-The Team Sport running plan aims to improve pre-season performance, training continuity whilst mitigating injury risk across a number of key team / field sports.

-The plan is devised to improve aerobic fitness, anaerobic capacity and body composition.
