IS THIS PROGRAM FOR ME?
-TCC has extensive experience devising strength training programs for a wide variety of athletes across both individual sports and team sports.
-The strength training programs can be completed at home with no equipment, or at a fully equipped gym.
-Structured warm-up, activation, preparation, and injury prevention work is included in the program when required.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
An initial needs analysis and online consultation are undertaken to determine yours or your child’s individual needs (objectives, experience, injuries, schedule, availability etc)
Stemming from the information collected and the ongoing monitoring of your program, your AAP is devised and distributed each month.
Program feedback, analysis and review will be provided throughout the program across a wide variety of mediums.
Access to a monthly webinar with TCC and other TCC athletes, where you will be able to ask questions about your program or broach broader running and performance topics.
