PRE-SEASON STRENGTH & CONDITIONING PROGRAMS
TCC can provide periodised pre-season Strength and Conditioning and Sport Science programs for clubs, teams and sporting academies.
- This support is centred around providing pre-season Strength and Conditioning and Sport Science servicing to maximise the physical development of your team whilst mitigating injury risk.
- The TCC pre-season program has been devised to accommodate team and club pre-seasons that span 8 and 12 weeks. The pre-season program is presented via an online meeting with relevant staff as to ensure the club, S&C staff and sport coaches are au fait with all components of the program.
