-The IRP has been implemented with the following athletes and/or individuals – competitive and recreational runners, team sport athletes training for their respective pre-seasons, elite athletes training for targeted competitions and/or camps (i.e. AFL Combine and Australian squad selection camps) and individuals that are returning to running after injury.


-The IRP is the perfect program for athletes or individuals looking to improve their running performance and target specific events or compettitions.
-The IRP has been proven to improve aerobic fitness, competition performance whilst mitigating injury risk.

Note – there is a minimum 3-month committment with the commencement of the IRP


The Team Sport running plan is an online running program specifically devised for team sport athletes who are looking to get a head start on their respective pre-seasons by improving their training continuity, aerobic fitness and robustness.


-Initial consultation to discuss your running goals and your training and injury history.
-The Team Sport running plan is a 6-week objectively prescribed program which caters for a wide variety of sports and fitness levels.
-There are running plan progressions available once individuals successfully complete the initial 6-week running plan. Options include progressing to Block 2 of the Team Sport running plan, or if you require a more inidividualised approach, you can revert to an Individualised Running Program.
-24/7 contact with TCC via text, email, or phone.


-The Team Sport running plan is devised to accomodate the needs of team sport athletes who participate and compete in a wide range of sports.
-This is highlighed by the fact that Athletes have completed this running plan from the following sports – Australian Rules, Soccer, Netball, Hockey, Basketball and Cricket.
-Especially at the sub-elite level, athletes often struggle with training continuity due to ongoing niggles and injuries caused by returning to pre-season training with minimal preceding training and poor aerobic fitness. This running plan provides athletes with a 6-week head start on their respective pre-seasons.

The online running plans are devised for inividuals who either want to target a 5 or 10km race or simply want to be able to run those distances

-The running plans are devised using objective running prescription across a wide varety of training types (i.e. High Intensity Interval Training, Continuous Training, Fartlek Training and Cross Training)

-The running plans are devised to accomodate the needs of runners with varied running experience, injury history and objectives (i.e. 5km race, 10km PB or simply want to be able to run 10km).
-The running plans can also accomodate the physical and physiological requirements of a wide variety of sports and competitions, ranging from team sport athletes competing in football, hockey or soccer competition all the way through to endurance athletes targeting running events up to 10km.


-The running plans are devised to improve your 5km or 10km personal best, competition performance, aerobic fitness, body composition whilst decreasing your injury risk.
