NATHAN HEANEY

THE CONDITIONING CONSULTANT

Nathan Heaney is an experienced Strength and Conditioning Coach, High Performance Specialist, Lecturer and highy sought after Mentor and Consultant.

Nathan has acquired over 12 years experience working with revered and highly reputable sporting organisations, such as the Victorian Institute of Sport, AFL Victoria, Adelaide Crows and more recently, Xavier College.

During his tenure at these organisations Nathan has had the privilige to work with a broad spectrum of athletes and populations. Due to the breadth of his experience Nathan is equally adept at working with elite athletes as he is younger developmental athletes and members of the general public.

Upon completing his Bachelor of Exercise Science Degree, Nathan undertook an Honours Thesis which piqued his interest in the application of aerobic conditioning for both team sport and endurance athletes. Thereafter, Nathan has continued to research, investigate and practically apply aerobic conditioning methods which have proved to be industry leading and incredibly effective. Nathan is regularly engaged to present, review and consult on the application of objectively guided conditioning programs within high performance organisations.

Nathan has founded TCC to make high performance training principles accessible to athletes at all levels. By using scientific principles and training methods that have been effectively used with elite athletes and high-performance teams, TCC aims to improve your health, wellbeing, sporting performance and injury management.
