- The TCC pre-season program has been devised to accommodate team and club pre-seasons that span both 8 and 12 weeks.
- The pre-season program is centred around providing a pre-season Strength and Conditioning and Sport Science program to maximise the physical development of your team whilst mitigating injury risk.
- The pre-season program is presented via an online meeting as to ensure the club, S&C staff and sport coaches are au fait with all components of the program.
PRE-SEASON STRUCTURE & PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The comprehensive 8-week program consists of the following structure, training methods and resources:

- Scheduled field based aerobic fitness testing
- Accompanied testing analysis and reporting
- Periodised max speed prescription
- Periodised speed endurance prescription
- Periodised objectively prescribed running conditioning sessions
- Sessional and weekly loading guidelines
- Annual plan guidance (i.e. recommended distances for sessions to optimally prepare for season)
- Periodised program to maximise physiological adaptation and mitigate injury risk
- Prescription of minimal equipment strength training and injury management exercises
- Access to PDF information document and exclusive access to recording of program instructions and rationale
