IS THIS PROGRAM FOR ME?
-The running plans are devised to accomodate the needs of runners with varied running experience, injury history and objectives (i.e. 5km race, 10km PB or run simply run 10km).
-The running plans can also accomodate the physical and physiological requirements of a wide variety of sports and competitions, ranging from team sport athletes competing in football, hockey or soccer competition all the way through to endurance athletes targeting running events up to 10km.
The running plans are devised to improve your 5km or 10km personal best, competition performance, aerobic fitness, body composition whilst decreasing your injury risk.
The plan successfully utilises objective running prescription to improve accountability, engagement and the desired training adaptations below:
-Improved aerobic fitness.
-Improved 5 or 10km performance (PB or race).
