This program consists of a wide variety of objectively prescribed conditioning sessions that cater for the physiological, mechanical and movement demands of team sport athletes that compete in field sports.

🔶 In fact, the Team Sport Conditioning Plans have been so successful that over 500 have been sold to athletes from a wide range of sports, most notably Australian Rules, Soccer, Field Hockey, Gaelic Football, Hurling and both Rugby codes.

🔶 The changes to the Team Sport Off-Season Conditioning Programs Conditioning Plan have been underpinned by YOUR feedback, which has requested an individualised off-season conditioning program and a specific off-season program that caters for the needs of court-based team sport athletes, such as Basketball and Netball.
