IS THIS PROGRAM FOR ME?

TCC has extensive experience devising strength training programs for a wide variety of athletes across both individual sports and team sports.

The strength training programs can be completed at home with no equipment, or at a fully equipped gym.

Structured warm-up, activation, preparation, and injury prevention work is included in the program when required.

 

PROGRAM GOALS

The strength program can be devised to elicit the following objectives:
